Specification:
"AUDCOLOY" is an Austenitic Alloy Cast Iron, complying with BS 3468 Grade AUS 104.

Sulphuric acid plants: Audcoloy provides excellent resistance to corrosion over the range of 10% to 100 %. Some corrosion does take place, but Audcoloy ensures a fairly long service life in most applications.

Processes involving caustic soda solutions: Audcoloy is totally resistant to chemical corrosion, Audcoloy also guards against chemical embitterment which can, in certain conditions, cause mechanical failure of unprotected iron and steel components.

Processes involving hot, fatty acids: Audcoloy resists corrosive elements that damage iron and steel components.
